Each year the 1-2 Multiage classrooms operates a restaurant.  The students learn about banking by securing a loan from a local bank. They are involved in planning, comparing prices, ordering, advertising, and preparing and serving food.  They take reservations, make change, and count profits.   .As the theme changes each year, so does the decor and food.   The restaurant is usually held in January or early February.  Check this website regularly for reservations and  more information.  Below are pictures of past restaurants, King Tut's Table(2000),  Kangaroo Kitchen (2001), Space (2002), Sailor's Galley (2003), Pharaoh's Feast (2004), Jungle Room Café (2005), and Dingo Diner (2007)
